GUILD OF THE PORTUGUESE ACCOUNTANTS OCC – PORTO

The Guild of the Portuguese Accountants, often resorted to space rental to provide training to its members, with very high annual costs. It therefore decided to acquire its own facilities, and the installation of an auditorium with capacity for about 1,200 people, in addition to several rooms for smaller training actions. An old landmark building was bought that served for several years as shipping services of old CTT, in downtown Porto, and refurbished it to meet the expected needs. The project also included the installation of the “House of the OCC,” a hotel type unit with a capacity of 17 rooms and a panoramic restaurant at the top of the building.
