Project Description

The project was designed for a plot of land where a symmetrical and semi-detached family house was planned. The alignments and deployment spot were respected, responding to the new programmatic needs. The house is divided on ground on 2 floors, with an open relationship with the river and intimate relationship with the street giving access to it.” The study of lighting was prepared favouring the comfort of natural lighting. While in 2003 LED lighting usage was not spread as today, all exterior lighting was designed based on this so promising novelty, which gave way at the time to a single artificial lighting in the city. In the house automation systems all circuits of lighting, blinds and heating were integrated, allowing a strong dynamic control of installations.
